“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.”

Matthew 28:19

How it works

A complete pipeline, quietly running in the background.

From your parish's own website and bulletin, all the way to a finished post on your Facebook page. Done with care, every day.

  1. I

    We listen to your parish.

Your parish website, your weekly bulletin, your calendar. Read every week, respectfully, automatically. The content reflects the real life of your parish.

  2. II

    Written in your parish's voice.

Seven posts a day, drawn in the voice of your parish by software trained on Catholic devotional language. Liturgical-calendar aware. Marian, Eucharistic, reverent. Never glib.

  3. III

Each card is branded for you.

Your pastor's photograph, your parish colours, scripture chosen for the hour and the season. A holy card for the digital age, not a generic graphic.

  4. IV

    Posted at the right moment.

Lauds at 7am local time. Vespers at sunset. Compline before bed. Posted to your parish's Facebook page, every single day, on your local schedule.

A day in the life

Why CSMM

Built for the way a Catholic parish actually works.

Anyone can post on Facebook. Few do it with the care a parish deserves. Here is what makes the difference.

Liturgical calendar aware.
Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter, Ordinary Time. Saints of the day. The right tone and the right scripture for the moment of the Church year, not a fixed playlist.
Your pastor on every card.
Real photographs of real parish staff: your pastor, your deacons, your ministry leaders. Not stock imagery. Not generic faces. Your parish, on every card.
Your parish brand, not ours.
Your parish name, your parish logo, your colours. We never put our brand on your parishioners' feed. The card looks like it came from you, because it did.
Catholic, not generic.
Written in the voice of a Catholic parish: Marian devotion, Eucharistic reverence, sacramental language. Not corporate, not glib, not theologically thin.

Common questions

Anything you'd ask if we were on a call.

If your question is not here, email Matt. He answers the same day.

What happens if a post is wrong?

You see every post before it goes live, in your CSMM dashboard. If anything is off, you tell Matt and we fix it on the spot. Posts that have already gone out can be edited or removed from your Facebook page directly.

What about special parish events like picnics, fundraisers, or mission weeks?

Submit any one-off event from the dashboard whenever it comes up. CSMM weaves it into the heartbeat, usually a dedicated post the day before and a reminder the morning of. No extra charge.

How does the scraper find our website and bulletin?

During onboarding you give us your parish website URL and your bulletin (typically a Parishesonline widget ID). We handle the rest. If your site changes in a way that breaks the scraper, we adjust it for you. That's included in the monthly price.

Do you post to anything besides Facebook?

Facebook is the first surface. Instagram is the obvious next step. Ask Matt about timing if Instagram is important to your parish.

What does cancelling look like?

Cancel any month, no fees. We will stop posting at the end of that month's cycle. Your dashboard data stays accessible to you for thirty days afterward in case you want to download anything.
